JOB APPLICANTS
Personal information we collect: If you contact us or we contact you (by phone, email or otherwise), we will hold your name and contact details as well as details you provided during the application process (including any tests we ask you to complete, interviews you attend and pre-employment checks we are required by law to undertake). We may collect information about you from social media platforms including when you interact with us on those platforms or access our social media content. The information we may receive is governed by the privacy settings, policies, and/or procedures of the applicable social media platform, and we encourage you to review them. The information we ask you to provide during the application process is used to assess your suitability for employment. You don’t have to provide what we ask for, but it might affect your application if you don’t. You will also be asked to provide equal opportunities information.
